Cafe Oto Dalston
04:39
Cafe Oto in Dalston is right opposite the
Overground station so you can jump straight off the train into cafe heaven in a
matter of minutes. It's a huge place, with loads of character and great food.
PERFECT FOR BREAKFAST. Two of my friends and I trundled down there the morning after a
night out and ate lots of much needed breakfast along with life giving
coffee.
They have a great selection of breakfast things from almond croissants and flat breads to hot delicious breakfasts too. For my breakfast I had a flat bread with prune and fig jam which was nothing short of delish! They get all their baked goods from The Little Bread Pedlar, who supply lots of places across the city.
With outside seating and huge windows
along the front of the building it's great for the great british summer what
ever state you're in. Cafe Oto isn't just a cafe, it's also open in the evening
and holds all kinds of gigs and nights, I'm yet to sample the darker side to
Oto, but I'll be sure to fill you in when I do!
It was also great, as we went on a
Sunday, to hear an amazing Gospel service through the doors of a church just on
the corner, nearly opposite to Oto. VERDICT: Hangover cured.
